Return Process

Contact our support team via the online portal or email with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Securely place the electronic device in its original packaging including all chargers, manuals, and accessories to ensure eligibility for a full refund.
- 3.Ship the Item
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the device condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
